What we do

The Marketing and Communications Office is a full-service public relations and marketing office. Our employees are experts on marketing and public relations solutions, graphic design, writing, editing and event planning. Our services are free to CNM schools and departments. We can even advise you on the best way to use your marketing budget.

Communications and Media Relations: 

We offer the best solutions for publicity, writing and placement of press releases and photos. We have the tools to prepare you for media interviews. Our staff includes two former newspaper reporters.

Event Support

Our events manager can help you take an event from concept to completion. We can help you take care of the details that are vital to holding a successful event, and we can help your budget stretch to handle your needs. We can also assist with publicizing your event.

Graphic Design

Our designers are artists who have the tools to give publications and advertisements a professional polish and an artistic flair. Our graphic designers can create a variety of publications and ads. We work with printing companies to get bids on normal to specialty projects to help you get the most for your marketing dollars.

Marketing

Let us help you reach your audience with your message. We have the keys to reach local, regional and national audiences.

Photography

Let us photograph your people or event. We can advise you on whether to use an in-house or a professional photographer. We can help you contract with a professional photographer.

Publications

We create a variety of recruitment and promotional materials in paper and electronic formats. MCO can help you with questions about the CNM logo and Graphic Standards.
