Recruitment Event Form
Recruitment will make every attempt to fill the recruitment request. Requests for a CNM representative will be responded to within two business days.
Prior to submitting the request for CNM representation, I agree to the following:
- I understand that submitting the request does not guarantee that a representative from CNM will be available to the event.
- All requests must be submitted 7 business days prior to the scheduled date of the event to be considered.
- I agree to notify the Office of Recruitment within two business days of any cancellations or changes to the dates, times or locations of the event.
- Representation is only guaranteed once a “Letter of Acceptance” is received by the requestor.
