CNM students, faculty, and staff may use this form to request passwords to access the databases off-campus. Fill out the form below and the passwords will be emailed to your CNM email address.
Note: You must provide your CNM ID number in order for us to verify that you are currently teaching, working, or enrolled in classes at CNM. Without this information, we will not be able to process your request and you will be required to come in to one of the CNM Libraries and speak with a staff member.
