Submit Your FAFSA

Complete Your 2025-2026 FAFSA

If you have completed the FAFSA but did not request that a record be sent to CNM, you can still do so.

  1. Login to the FAFSA site, click "Add or Delete a School Code" in the FAFSA Follow-Up Step 3 section.
  2. Add CNM's Federal School Code: 004742

Adding CNM's school code will ensure that your FAFSA is submitted to CNM automatically. 

Buy Textbooks With Financial Aid

Books and supplies can also be purchased with financial aid at any of the bookstore locations or online from the bookstore website.

FAFSA Help 

Our Financial Aid Outreach team is available for in-person support via walk-ins at the Main Campus KWSSC located at 716 University Ave SE on the following days:

  • Tuesdays: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Thursdays: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Additionally, our Student Success and Financial Aid staff are available:

  • Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Money Mondays 

Get free help with your FAFSA and learn how to fund your educational journey. Money Mondays workshops will occur on the following dates from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. 

  • December 2, 9, and 16
  • January 13, 20, and 24
  • March 3, 10, 17, and 24 

Sign Up for a Money Mondays Workshop

To better prepare for these workshops:

  • Create an FSA ID and password at studentaid.gov
  • Both students and contributors must apply for their own login
  • All contributors must complete all sections of the FAFSA and provide consent along with an electronic signature using their FSA ID and password. Consent entails an agreement to utilize IRS tax information for the FAFSA application, a mandatory requirement for the 2024-25 FAFSA.

Planning to come to campus? Find out more about parking: Visitors are encouraged to park at the parking meters or visitor spaces or use the ParkMobile app. A single-day E-Permit or virtual day pass can also be obtained if you plan to stay more than three hours (the maximum time allowed at meters).
