CNM Marketing provides campus-wide marketing initiatives with support from the Branding and Strategy, Creative Content, and Marketing Operations teams.
Branding and Strategy
Branding and Strategy provides assistance with developing, planning, and executing campaigns that promote CNM's mission, vision, and values.
Our brand experts write copy for marketing materials, create and run advertisements, and develop brand standards that reinforce the CNM brand identity. The Design team uses those brand standards to design marketing materials and graphic elements for CNM publications and web properties.

Creative Content
Creative Content at MCO includes Media Production Services (MPS) and Content Creation. Together, these two teams help tell the story of how CNM is Changing Lives and Building Community.
Media Production Services (MPS) is comprised of experienced digital producers who assist with video pre-production, production, post-production, instructional content, and media consultation.
Content Creation produces high-impact photography, stories on CNM community members, and engaging social media content that reaches a wide audience. Check out the CNM Social Media page for a list of our social media channels.
Marketing Operations
Marketing Operations focuses on improving the performance of all MCO teams with the help of website experts (UX/UI and Web Content), special project managers, and office managers.
The UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface) team uses analytics, research, and testing to advocate for the most effective and enjoyable experience on CNM web properties. The Web Content team ensures the accuracy, accessibility, timeliness, and optimization of all website content. Together, UX/UI and Web Content advance CNM's messaging on search engines and beyond.
Special Projects and Office Managers work to streamline processes between all MCO teams and departments across the College.
