Room Request for CNM Employees
To request a classroom or auditorium for your meeting or event, fill out the Room Request for CNM Employees form completely.
When you submit the form, a copy of your request will be sent to you by email. We will then contact you regarding confirmation of your room reservation.
If your event is scheduled outside of regular business hours, a Facility Usage Authorization Form needs to be submitted to Security.
Please note:
- We require a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of your event.
- For small conference room scheduling, please contact your division.
