About ADA Compliance at CNM
In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.

Accessibility Status Updates
For information on accessibility compliance efforts and status, please visit the CNM Accessibility Statement page or contact the ADA Coordinator.
Accommodations
- If you are a CNM student and require accommodation, please visit the CNM Accessibility Services webpage to begin the process.
- If you are a CNM employee and require accommodation, please complete the Reasonable Accommodation Request Form (PDF) and submit it to Human Resources.
- If you are a visitor in need of an accommodation for a CNM event, please submit the Public Accommodation Request Form at least three days prior to the event. You may also call the ADA Coordinator.
Procedures
To report an issue with physical access on campus, please contact the ADA Coordinator or CNM Security.
To report an accessibility issue with the CNM website, please fill out the Website Accessibility Reporting Form.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the other applicable law, CNM takes appropriate action to ensure that its programs and services are readily accessible to qualified individuals with disabilities.
If you are a CNM student and need to file a formal or informal ADA discrimination report, please read the Disability Discrimination Complaint Procedure, then fill out the ADA Compliance / Disability Discrimination Reporting Form.
CNM strives to maintain a workplace where all employees, regardless of disabilities, can thrive and contribute meaningfully. Complaints or concerns regarding accommodation requests must be submitted in writing to Human Resources within 60 days of the alleged violation.
