Grievance Process for Students

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the other applicable law, CNM takes appropriate action to ensure that its programs and services are readily accessible to qualified individuals with disabilities. 

If you are a CNM student and need to file a formal or informal ADA discrimination report, please read the Disability Discrimination Complaint Procedure, then fill out the ADA Compliance / Disability Discrimination Reporting Form.

Grievance Process for Employees

CNM strives to maintain a workplace where all employees, regardless of disabilities, can thrive and contribute meaningfully. Complaints or concerns regarding accommodation requests must be submitted in writing to Human Resources within 60 days of the alleged violation.
