Holiday Closures
As we approach the holiday season, we wanted to let you know about a temporary change in Wellness CNM services. Please be aware that from December 9-January 13, Wellness CNM Food Pantry and Distribution Days will be unavailable as we take our seasonal break. Students will still have access to BetterMynd counseling services, and case management appointments can be scheduled by visiting our website.
We understand that the holidays can be a challenging time, and we want to make sure you have the support you need. To help you navigate this period, we’ve put together a Holiday Survival Guide that includes a variety of resources to assist with everything from food and utility support to mental health services and more.
In the guide, you’ll find information about:
- Food Assistance: Community food programs, local food banks, and more.
- Utility Support: Resources for managing utility bills and related services.
- Mental Health Support: Hotlines, online therapy resources, and other ways to access mental health care.
- Other Essential Resources: Tips and services that can help you stay connected and supported over the break.
If you, or someone you know, is experiencing a mental health emergency, please call/text/chat 988 immediately.
