The Grant Management Office supports the development, writing, and submission of grant applications and other critical proposals.
CNM Security deploys uniformed officers with comprehensive training to patrol each campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Within their jurisdiction — which includes all property owned, leased or controlled by CNM — campus security officers have the authority to enforce all regulations and policies within the campus environment.
The Risk Management Office preserves assets, both human and physical, by minimizing the adverse effects of unpredictable events. This involves evaluating loss exposures, assessing liability, managing property and liability claims, etc.
The Business Office encompasses several crucial business services such as Accounts Payable, Cashier/Accounts Receivable, Material Management, Non-profit Accounting, Payroll, and Purchasing.
The focus of CNM Budgeting involves the alignment of resources through the planning and budgeting process. Budget staff forecasts revenue and expenditures, develops the annual operating budget, monitors the budget and generates reports for internal and external constituencies.
The Physical Plant provides customer-oriented facilities management that ensures a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for students, faculty, and staff, while implementing sustainable practices and providing opportunities for staff and student learning.
The Office of Data Strategy (ODS) serves the community, students and employees, by creating a data-driven culture through highly available, secure, easily maintainable, and clearly defined information.
Parking Services works to ensure that parking spaces are available for CNM students, faculty and staff members, as well as enforce CNM parking regulations. CNM Fleet Service vehicles are available for eligible employees conducting official CNM business.
