About FOBA
The Finance and Operations Business Analyst (FOBA) team is responsible for:
- Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in financial processes and systems by streamlining workflows and implementing automation tools.
- System Support: Providing support for CNM systems, including system access, troubleshooting issues, testing new system functionalities, and ensuring data integrity.
- Report Support and Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining financial reports tailored to meet the needs of various stakeholders, including executives, managers, staff, and regulatory bodies.
- Business Solution Support: FOBA team serves as a bridge between finance and other business units, offering expertise in financial data analysis and systems to support the development and implementation of business solutions.

Service Level Agreement
The Finance and Operations Business Analyst Team's ultimate goal is to deliver 100% availability to our customer base. We have developed a concise Service Level Agreement (SLA) that is another step in the effort to achieve that objective. It is the BA Team's intention to continuously apply CNM's core values and standards to improve customer service in all areas wherever possible.
