Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)

EPMO supports project management at CNM and provides resources and training to all employees who manage projects.

The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) was founded in 2020 with the goals of supporting improved project management at CNM, and to aid the Executive Oversight Committee in the governance, decision-making, and prioritization of projects.

EPMO provides project and project portfolio management services, project prioritization and governance, resources, tools, and best practices, as well as training to all employees involved in managing projects. EPMO currently oversees the creation of charters for all committees to ensure focus and effectiveness for committee work.

In 2023, EPMO launched the Project Center of Excellence, which is a team of knowledgeable individuals using project management best practices, and implementation of those best practices, within projects across CNM.
