The CNM Global Education application process is separated into two phases. Phase One includes the following three steps:
- Access the Online Application
- Verify Your English Proficiency
- Pay the Application Fee
Students who have applied and been accepted by CNM will receive an invitation letter to join the CNM Global Education program.
After receiving an invitation letter, a Global Education staff member will be in contact with you about Phase Two.
If you need help at any point during the application process, please schedule a Zoom virtual meeting with a CNM Global Education staff member.
CNM offers three admissions applications to match the type of student you will be at CNM.
- New International Students: If you will require an F-1 visa to study in the United States, please choose the International New Student Application.
- International Transfer Students: If you currently have an F-1 or M-1 visa to study in the United States and are interested in transferring your visa to CNM full-time, please choose the International Transfer Student Application.
- International Students Concurrently Enrolled at Other U.S. Institutions: If you currently have an F-1 or M-1 visa to study in the United States and are interested in taking only one or two courses at CNM, please choose the International Concurrent Student Application and inform your home institution. Dependents in the United States on an F-2 visa may also apply using the International Concurrent Student application.
Regardless of the type of application you will fill out, be prepared to include the following:
- High School Diploma
- English Proficiency Test Scores (unofficial results)
- Visa Information (only if you have a visa)
- Academic Records for Upload (unofficial records, but if accepted, you will need official records upon arrival at CNM.)
- $50 Non-Refundable Application Fee (payable by credit card)
Once you begin an application, you will need to remember your username and password in order to access your application later.

Students who have received a C or better grade in a college-level, non-ESL English composition course at an accredited U.S. college or university are exempt from the following English language exams.

This admission would be a mixture of college-level classes with training in the English language. International applicants who have one of the following scores can be admitted and receive an I-20 for one or two semesters only:

You are encouraged to submit your entire application package, including supporting materials, at least four months prior to the beginning of the term for which you are applying.
Once the non-refundable application fee of $50 is paid, your application will be complete and ready to submit.
