- Paid 100% by CNM
- Provides resources for confidential emotional support, work-life solutions, legal guidance, financial resources and extensive online support tools for the employee and family members living at the employee’s home
- Provides exclusive discounts through the Working Advantage website
Life Insurance
- Basic Life Policy
- Administered by Minnesota Life
- Paid 100% by CNM ($50,000 policy)
- $50,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment Coverage included
- Voluntary/Supplemental Life Policy (optional)
- Administered by Minnesota Life
- Paid 100% by Employee
- Employees can choose to elect additional life insurance for themselves and/or their spouse/domestic partner/child(ren): $300,000 for Employee, $50,000 for Spouse/Domestic Partner, and $20,000 for Children
- Any amounts desired over these mentioned above require further approval through insurance carrier
Long-Term Disability Insurance
- Administered by Madison National Life
- Paid 100% by CNM
- Provides income replacement in the event of the inability to work due to illness or injury for the employee. After 90 calendar days of work absence, and approval of the disability claim, the employee will collect 60% of their basic annual earnings on a weekly basis, up to $5,000 per month
- Identity Theft Program included
Flex-Spending Account/Dependent Care Spending Account
- Administered by the Cafeteria Plan Company
- Paid 100% by Employee
- Provides the opportunity to participate in plans that allow the employee to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket healthcare and/or daycare expenses without having to wait until the end of the year to file for tax exemption. IRS limitations and restrictions apply.
Critical Illness
- Administered by Reliastar/Voya Financial
- Paid 100% by the Employee
- Eligible employees can purchase a critical illness policy to pay flat amounts of money upon diagnosis of certain critical illnesses, such as cancer, heart attack and major organ transplant.
College 529 Plan
- Employees can re-direct a portion of their paycheck, through direct deposit, to a college savings plan on a post-tax basis through The Education Plan. New Mexico residents can reduce their taxable state income dollar-for-dollar for contributions to this plan.
TrueConnect Loan Program
- Full-time employees with 6 months of service can apply for loans in the event of temporary financial stress. Every loan is conveniently repaid by automatic payroll deductions.
