Connecting to CNM_TLS Wireless With SecureW2
For details about SecureW2 and CNM wireless networks, please refer to Using the Wireless Networks. Follow the steps below to connect to CNM_TLS using SecureW2.
- If on campus, select CNM_Guest from the Wi-Fi settings on your Android.
OR
If off campus, select any trusted wireless connection.
2. Open a Google Chrome browser and go to wireless.cnm.edu.
3. Select I have a CNM ID.
Note: In Step 1, verify your device type is correctly detected. If incorrect, choose the correct device type from the drop-down menu. |
4. Under Step 2, select JoinNow.
- If prompted, select Download.
5. Under Step 1, select Download.
6. From the Google Play Store, select Install to install the SecureW2 JoinNow app.
7. Once installed, select Open.
- If the Location Permission Required displays, select Yes. App will configure and connect to allow permission.
- If prompted, allow JoinNow MultiOS to access the device’s location.
- Select Next to be redirected to the CNM login page.
8. Enter your CNM email address.
9. Select Next.
10. Enter your CNM Password.
11. Select Sign In.
12. Verify your account using multifactor authentication via the app, text, or phone call. Once verification is complete, you are redirected back to the SecureW2 app.
13. Read and Accept the terms of use.
14. Select Continue.
15. Select Next to allow the app to enable and save Wi-Fi.
16. Select Save.
17. The configuration for the profile is complete.
18. Select Done to finish and return to the app’s main screen.
- If on campus, verify the device successfully connected to the CNM_TLS wireless network. If prompted to select a network type, select Public Network.
- If off campus, your device will automatically connect to CNM_TLS upon arrival.
