Learning and Development

CNM’s Professional Learning and Development for Faculty

Learning and Development promotes student success at CNM through supporting faculty in developing their skills in teaching. Through an innovative organizational model, Learning and Development works collaboratively with the faculty Cooperative for Teaching and Learning and leaders across CNM to create faculty development opportunities that are relevant and effective.

These activities create a culture of teaching at CNM where faculty and staff can learn, grow, and thrive in their work environment. Learning and Development implements and supports the CNM Framework for Quality Teaching: Principles and Pathways, a comprehensive and structured faculty development program.
