Article 38: Duration

This Agreement shall become effective upon the signature of the parties and shall remain in full force and effect until midnight August 31, 2025. Either party may open negotiations on the limited issues of compensation and a maximum of two other items per party, no later than July 15th of 2023 and 2024.

If the parties do not open negotiations during the intervening years of the contract as delineated in the paragraph immediately above, increases approved by the Board will be provided in accordance with the Governing Board resolution.
