24.1
The parties recognize that it is the Colleges goal to provide a safe workplace for its employees.
24.2
Employees are required to report any unsafe conditions or workplace hazards to their immediate supervisor. The report shall be in writing and the employee shall provide a copy to the Human Resources Consultant. In the event the union wishes to monitor the safety reports during the term of this Agreement they may request a meeting through the procedures that are contained in this Agreement.
24.3
The Employer will make an effort to minimize the number of buildings an employee shall be required to maintain and clean.
