Article 27: Information and Notices

27.1

The College agrees to notify the local Union, in writing, of the following matters.

27.1.1

Employees being declared surplus.

27.1.2

Employees being retreated to their former job in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. 

27.2

The parties agree to notify each other, in writing, of the following matters:

27.2.1

Changes in their respective representatives and their respective authorities who it has designated in accordance with this Agreement.

27.2.2

The addresses to which all notices and information should be sent to it pursuant to this Agreement.
