New Dual Credit to Beginning Freshman Process
CNM has begun a new process to matriculate active, graduating high school Dual Credit students from their Dual Credit status to a Beginning Freshman status without requiring a new admissions application. Students will receive an official confirmation email from our Admissions team in February. - Tuition and Fees
- Requirements for Financial Aid: CNM does not require the FAFSA to be completed, however, many scholarships require the FAFSA to be completed. Anyone planning on attending college regardless of their family's financial status is encouraged to complete the application.
- Bridge to Success Scholarship: The Bridge to Success Scholarship is offered to first-time freshmen in the process of qualifying for the Legislative Lottery scholarship.
- New Mexico Legislative Lottery Scholarship: The New Mexico Legislative lottery scholarship covers a portion of tuition for high school graduates and equivalency.
- myScholarship application: Students can submit one application for almost all scholarships excluding the Bridge to Success Scholarship and the New Mexico Legislative Lottery Scholarship.
- New Mexico Opportunity Scholarship: The New Mexico Opportunity Scholarship provides tuition and fee assistance for students enrolled in two-year programs, including credit-bearing certificate or associate degree programs in a public institution of higher education or Tribal College in New Mexico.

Submitting Transcripts or Test Scores
High school transcripts can be requested electronically from Parchment.
ACT test scores can be requested from ACT.org.
SAT test scores can be requested from the College Board.
