CNM Ingenuity and Air Force Research Laboratory Partner to Launch ServiceNow System Administrator Course
CNM Ingenuity, in partnership with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), is excited to announce the launch of the ServiceNow System Administrator course, which will run from Jan. 27 through March 26, 2025. Over 10 weeks, learners will gain essential knowledge and skills about the ServiceNow platform in preparation for the ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) exam.
“CNM Ingenuity is thrilled to partner with AFRL and facilitate this course,” says Natalie Donnelly, CNM Ingenuity Senior Program Manager. “There is a growing need for ServiceNow administrators, not only in New Mexico but across the country, and this course will help fill this workforce gap and help learners land well-paid, in-demand jobs.”
ServiceNow is a cloud-based platform that helps make organizational processes and workflows more efficient in areas ranging from accounting to human resources. It also offers customizable dashboards, reports, and workflows for users.
Over the last five years, the popularity of ServiceNow has significantly increased, leading to the growth in demand for qualified system administrators.
“What makes ServiceNow unique is every element is customizable to the individual needs of an organization,” says Fransisco Dominicci-Aponte, Lead ServiceNow Administrator for AFRL Philips Research Site and instructor for the course. “Local organizations like Sandia National Laboratories, as well as national organizations like Space Force and the Department of Defense are transitioning to ServiceNow, and they all need system administrators.”
During the 10-week course, Fransisco will teach the core concepts of system administration, automation, and customization, providing learners the required knowledge to effectively manage ServiceNow platforms. After completing the course, learners will also be prepared to take the ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) exam, which certifies them as a ServiceNow Administrator. A voucher for the exam is included in the course tuition.
Tuition assistance is available for this course through the Training for Your Future Fund along with other scholarship and funding sources through CNM Ingenuity.
“Ninety percent of learners receive funding that covers one hundred percent of their course tuition,” Natalie says. “If a learner is concerned about cost, I want them to know that we’re here to help remove that barrier.”
With the course starting in just a few short weeks, Fransisco and Natalie are looking forward to getting this course off the ground and meeting the inaugural class.
“There is so much potential in the field of ServiceNow, and I’m excited to share that with this first cohort of learners,” Fransisco says. “This course is also a great way for folks to get their foot in the door to entry-level jobs that start at $90,000-100,000 a year, with additional career growth opportunities available with continued training.”
