CNM Launches Distilled Spirits Technology Program to Support Local Industry

We recently caught up with Antonio Fernandez, the Beverage and Brewing instructor at CNM, who will be leading the college’s new Distilled Spirits program. He took us behind the scenes to show us the distilling equipment that students will be able to use in the brand new Beverage Lab on Main Campus.
