Whether you're just starting your career or looking to advance your skills, CNM's Accounting program provides the comprehensive foundation with essential accounting theory and procedures, financial reporting, and accounting software—tools that are critical in today’s business world.

Our experienced instructors will help you learn key skills in areas such as financial accounting, budgeting, payroll accounting, and personal tax. You'll also become proficient in using accounting computer technology and applications, which are essential for modern accounting practices.

Upon completion of the Accounting program, you'll have the opportunity to earn an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Accounting or choose from various certificates designed to align with your professional goals. Each credential will open doors to further education at a four-year institution and a variety of career paths, including roles as an Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeper, Tax Preparer, and more.
