About the Program
Are you bilingual in English and Spanish? Would you like to improve your English language proficiency and pursue a career in customer service?
In the Bilingual Customer Service Representative Program, you can improve your English language proficiency and prepare for employment by mastering customer relations principles, including essential writing, communication, business professionalism and telephone skills.
Upon completion of this program, you will earn two certificates: English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Customer Service Representative. Our program managers are here to support you from start to finish and ensure your success.

Required Coursework
This program includes a total of six classes and can be completed in two terms. Classes are offered online with virtual classes in the evening. Students in the Bilingual Customer Service Representative Program will take the following courses:
- BUSA 2240 Customer Service in Business, 3 credit hours
- OTEC 1170 Business Telephone Techniques, 1 credit hour
- ESOL 1001 Academic and Workplace Communication for Specific Purposes, 3 credit hours
- ESOL 1010 Reading and Vocabulary for Specific Purposes, 3 credit hours
- ESOL 1020 English Composition and Grammar for Specific Purposes, 4 credit hours
- ESOL 1030 U.S. Culture and Contemporary Issues for Specific Purposes, 3 credit hours
Total credits: 17
