Re-Entry
Re-Entry Into a Program Due to a First Term Failure
- Students who experience a program failure during the first term of instruction after acceptance into a Coordinated Entry Program will need to repeat the Pre-Registration Screening process. Students may be required to make an appointment with the HWPS Achievement Coach to develop a plan to guide their success. Students should call (505) 224-4111 to arrange this appointment as soon as they are able to successfully register for the program courses.
- If students have experienced two or more program failures during the first term of instruction after acceptance into a Coordinated Entry Program, they will be blocked from registering due to a Course Repeat limit. Students will need to schedule an appointment by calling (505) 224-4111 to discuss re-entry into the program before attempting the Pre-Registration Screening process. This meeting typically involves the HWPS Achievement Coach, Program Director and Associate Dean (if applicable).
