The Dental Assistant program at CNM is designed for you to gain the essential knowledge and skills needed to start a career as a Dental Assistant. Certified Dental Assistants provide valuable support to licensed dentists and dental hygienists, ensuring their patients receive high-quality dental care. 

Our accredited Dental Assistant program combines classroom learning, laboratory instruction, and hands-on clinical experience. Upon completion of this program, you will earn a Certificate of Completion in Dental Assisting, equipping you with the qualifications needed to sit for the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) exam and obtain NM state certifications in dental radiographs, pit and fissure sealants, coronal polishing, and topical fluoride application.
