Check your myCNM Email

CNM uses student email for official communication and updates. Avoid missing important information by checking your CNM email often.

Register for Classes

Meet with an academic advisor to find classes and plan your degree. Schedule an appointment by calling (505) 224-4321.

Submit Your Schedule for Certification

If you are expecting to change your schedule or are on a waitlist for a class, wait until your class schedule is situated before submitting it for certification.

Make Payment Arrangements

Veterans and dependents who are using Chapter 33 benefits can provide CNM’s VA office with their final class schedule to keep their classes from being dropped for non-payment.

New Veterans and dependents using Chapter 33 benefits must make payment arrangements before visiting CNM’s VA office.

Verify Your Enrollment

Don’t forget to verify your enrollment periodically if the educational benefits you are using requires you to. Complete your verification online at http://benefits.va.gov/gibill/ or call Enrollment Verification at (877) 823-2378.

  • Development courses cannot be certified if they are taken via distance learning (online).
  • Self-paced courses cannot be certified. Some developmental courses are taught using this learning method.

Certification Processing Time

It can take up to 10 business days to process your certification with CNM's VA office. You will receive an email to your myCNM account when your certification has been submitted to the Veterans Affairs office in Muskogee. Please allow the Muskogee office the necessary time to complete your VA certification for the upcoming term as well.
