You need a well-trained workforce, and our students and alumni need great places to work! CNM offers over 150 plus associate degree programs and one-year or short-term certificate programs. Right from the start, students receive hands-on technical training valued in the in-demand, competitive job market. We continue to support today’s higher education and advanced training with our four-year university transfer options, where students can earn bachelor’s from various colleges and universities.

Career Fair/Hiring event

Small, industry-specific Job Fairs are held during the fall and spring semesters for employers to network with CNM students and alumni. All job fairs are by invitation only and preference is given to employer partners.

Recruiting Events

On-campus recruiting offers employers the opportunity to recruit students for positions during fall and spring semesters. Recruiting sessions allow you to meet face-to-face with students while allowing students to explore available choices specific to their majors/training. The Employer support team can work with you to promote your event by posting your flyers and sending announcements to the students.

On-Campus Tabling Session

A great way to promote an organization on campus, On-campus Tabling Sessions provide employers the opportunity for one-on-one interaction in a more informal setting. Our Employer Support Team will help business representatives find the right place for their recruiting needs, should it be in the Student Services Center or specific departmental buildings.

Information Sessions

Information Sessions serve to place the spotlight on an employer’s organization. During the information session, employers make presentations to showcase their company’s operations, culture, and goals, and promote employment opportunities. Information Sessions can be set up on campus or virtually.

Other Recruiting Opportunities

Promote in-demand careers through sponsored Lunch & Learn events or via employer-hosted special invite events, such as evening meetings for selected programs and students.
